You need to upload the favicon.ico to the directory on your server where the index.php of the website is located. So you can have an own different favicon for each website if you want this.
I found a great simple to use favicon generator. You can uplod pic too there for your icon

Of course I checked the site speed inclusive the video load - the age check alone wouldn´t make much sense

yeah the bots can figure them since a longer time. I suggest to add a question - answer for registering too. I did this on all my sites and till now the bots cannot manage them. The answers shouldn´t be simply yes or no.

I just noticed that the thumbs of all videos that were migrated from the previous vshare messed up to a bad size after the RC2 upgrade.
I need a quick fix for this - maybe the thunbs can be regenerated all together by a query ?

I clicked the link in my post above. The clips load very fast too. I´m in West Europe. If it´s working that slow for you it may be your private internet connection speed. Ping the host of your site. This will show you how long it takes for you.

aww Adrian... These are very normal things - no reason to worry about. We run on the main site the Invision Power Board since many years. For example IPB upgraded the gallery app last year to version 4 after a lot of beta- and rc versions. Now we are at version 4.03 - 3 maintenance releases with fixed issues and bugs and up from it´s release date new bugs are supported. They have many coders and dun get all fixed. The client servers are all different - one reason i guess.
You do it all alone and you can be very very proud of your GREAT WORK!
At least i´m happy to be a part of the team that helps making a great final product

Am in europe. It´s cable with 100 mbit downstream / 6 mbit upstream. DSL is much much slower and less stable.
