It can be 2 things: your upload speed is lower or the server upload speed is lower. Are you uploading via Admin upload, frontend upload or admin ftp upload?
i use 3 servers to test upload speed,all got same,around 800K/s, I upload in frontend.
but the ftp upload speeds its very fast,like 40-80MB/s

i used to use a dedicated server to upload videos to my site,the speed was very fast,less than 1min for a 1GB video,but now,its getting very slow,only 800K/sec,much more slower than before,can any one help please?i used at least 3 servers to test,all got same speed.
