I install in my site. I upload mass upload from FTP but theres an error

Query: UPDATE video SET ext = 'flv', size = , duration = 104.17, thumbs = 20, mobile = '0', server = 0, s3 = 0, status = 1 WHERE video_id = 1 LIMIT 1
Error Message: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' duration = 104.17, ' at line 3
Error Number: 1064

I also notice that the link in front page all are Not Found. all error below

@Adrian, you once said you where going to clean up the updates so it only effects necessary files, is that done within this 1.0.2? or it still overwrites templates, style.css etc??

Symtab, please check with Nuevoplayer owner and see what files he change to make "thumbs progressbar slide" work for his player. I recently updated to 1.0.2 and now my thumbs progressbar slide for Nuevoplayer 6 is no longer working. Now i have to contact him and possible have to pay for services. So please for future updates contact your business associates so your updates don't override there configurations.

The nuevolab flash player is a 3rd party modification. Please BACKUP before upgrading.

I know that, but Nuevo also modify convert.php which is your file and you just overwrite that same file with the 1.0.3 update.

Im not talking about Nuevo independent files here, im talking about files that both ASP and Nuevo use (convert.php).

Same thing applies. Please BACKUP before upgrading, and then restore the file. If anything changed you have to check the file and add the modifications. If you do not know how to do this, you need to hire someone to do this for you. Why cant we do this for you? Just imagine what will happen when there are 20 3rd party modules like Nuevo.

This is what we have on almost each Nuevolab website:
"Each installation service is one time standard job, doesn't include future reinstallation FREE service"
Our prices are calculated so and there cannot be offer of lifetime programming service. It would be definitely too much.
But of course I do offer paid programming services both: of certain scripts, modules or custom programming.

Symtab and Nuevolab are 2 different services, and each of these services can be responsible for own software.
Additionally both developers are long time programmers, selling software/scripts from long yeras, and really there's no need to teach them what their service should look like.
We're both are trying to be as helpful as possible, but there are many limits not to exceed.
