It is possible one IP do not post the same comment. becasue i am getting a lot of advertising comments.
Also do not allow comments with .com .net .info etc
Moreover something like this will be good on ASP 2

I can add these advanced features in the next major version. Most of them were already in the plan. For the ip lock and the rest, i can create a small mod for your site if you want.
