can some one explain to me the different groups I.e admin,mods editor by this I mean what they can do

Admin - obvious, can login to admin
Moderator - can delete forum posts/topics, videos comments
Editor - nothing yet
Premium - view premium videos
Registered - registered users
This will change completly in 1.2
