Don't convert flv,mp4videos

Because most of the users upload flv that have been converted once, it will be great if there was a selection at /admin/index.php?q=video/config to not convert flv or mp4.

There is a option to not convert FLV, however for mp4 its not so easy, because a lot of files can be mp4, but not stream correctly.
