the top video has "visit young black gfs" under the video
but such is lacking from the bottom video
has "visit this site" been deleted from the current version ?
also, some ASP sites i have visited don't have logos under the video, but i am required to upload a logo under each video ?
are logos no longer mandatory for the current version of script ?

Logos were never mandatory. You can add a global banner below the player for all videos or you can add specific banners that you can assign to channels, and these banners will only appear for videos belonging to a channel.

Logos were never mandatory.
a yellow warning saying that "no file uplaoaded" was seen (or similar)
so i can ignore yellow warning messages ?

that is what i have been trying to do -- but to no avail
