I don't use the actual icon button at all- I only use the checkboxes and dropdown.

Depends what they are offering, really.

If they are looking to buy your popunder traffic I would ask for their CPM's and see if you could make more money than you already do.
If they want to buy your mobile traffic it would be a tough call- redirecting all mobile is going to kill your search traffic and rankings, but you can make pretty good money.

Worst case is try them out and if you don't like them you can always shut it off and go back to your old setup.

It isn't the CSV file- it seems like something isn't executing on the SQL insert.  The exact same file works fine on my other site running v2.0.8

Both are working for me...

Check your error log in your public_html folder.  It could be one of your files didn't upload correctly, but I just tested again on both firefox and chrome and both work fine.

1. You can turn off your re-conversion for videos if you want them to stay exactly the same.  Just make sure they are encoded correctly from the source or you'll have problems. The setting is under Videos--Config--Conversion

2.  You can turn off FLV, trailer conversion, and HD conversion on the same screen.  Most mobile devices these days only play MP4 format videos, so you'll need to keep that turned on at least, and do some extensive testing to make sure everything works.  Conversion is a touchy thing when it comes to a video site.

To save some disk space you may want to try embedding or hotlinking videos rather than saving them all to your server drive and self hosting.

I haven't gotten into the blog section yet, but from the instructions in the admin panel it looks like it runs off of a variation of phpBB coding, so try [ url=https://www.yourlink.com/]Link Text![/ url] with spaces removed from within the brackets, or maybe <url >www.yourlink</url >.

You could probably mod the current template and use the trailer conversion option to play that on a hover.  Better have LOTS of disk space! 

Advertisement weights, limits to display x number of times per visitor
Admin email options for video, photo, link, member, etc. approval (or admin panel notifications)
Admin panel analytics (Google has an API, I haven't explored how much work it would be to integrate yet... one of my future custom mod projects I was already planning)

Edit:  Also wanted to suggest a global announcement feature to easily add a quick blurb at the top of all pages from admin panel

Couple of options depending on your traffic and where the bottleneck is:

Move your database and static files to a separate server
Get a faster connection speed on your servers (1 gig+ should be plenty for serving thumbs and 300 videos at a time)
Get another server for streaming (again, high connection speed should be a major part of the decision).  Put your most popular videos on it first.
Time consuming, but download your thumbs and use an image optimizer to reduce their size, then re-upload to thumb server.
Make sure compression is enabled and you are using cache correctly for all servers
Monitor your server side connections to see if you have a hotlink abuser you need to blacklist or if something is pinging you constantly

Thiva- I've had to go to court for a few DMCA's on my sites over the last 5 years of being in the tube industry and it is not fun or cheap.  When it comes to the legal side it is much better to show that you take copyright claims seriously. 

As I mentioned- it would be nice to have the options configurable so if you didn't want to suspend the video or user automatically that would be up to you.

My company admins 12 sites with 4 more in development- we get a number of DMCA's, flags, and all kinds of other crazy stuff that we can't always get to within 24 hours.  Any way of automating or at least bringing DMCA/illegal content reported videos offline immediately would be extremely helpful.
