Ah, may this be the problem ? They are using "@" signs in the filenames :

It seems some of the sponsor rss feeds are causing the video to be stuck in "Grabbing" status. There is also no Thumbnail, but title and description is perfect.
For example this one, it worked the first few times, but now it causes about 500 video entries stuck in "Grabbing" :

The funny thing is the other feeds of that sponsors are working normaly.
