I have checked your server and you dont have the secure link protection in your nginx configuration and thats why it doesnt work! You have the config in the celebsnudeindex config, but not for celebsnudeworld.
Nothing changed for me! Google updates their algoritms from time to time...for example i had a big drop in traffic when they started considering that "ex gf videos" keyword, which is my main keyword (i was first in google for this keyword) is about mainstream videos from youtube not adult videos...
It means you have not configured your server (server side nginx in this case with secure link). This is not a bug!

simple uses mysql, complex uses sphinx (faster) and length means how many videos are displayed
That is very very old and its embedding videos, not grabbing/downloading
you can see this in the admin panel, on frontpage it can also be added, but you need to modify the code, or email me and i can do the modification for a fee

If that works, the other possible reason would be you did not add the correct fields with the CSV importer...
