this Top Processes slow my server down every time 898% CPU

how can i fix this????

i have real big darabase 6gb and my server get down everytime on "Creating sort index "
what this mean? and how to fix this?

for some days i only a blank admin see image

i downt change someting

on the Admin::Video::Queue are Found 56677 videos and nothin happens there to reduce the Queue
the crontabs runing right
whats the diferents about :
Video Queue
Video Shedule
Video Shedule Queue
i run all but nothing happens

i downt know how to config that only mp4 videos are on the server.
if i uploade flv it convert to mp4 and dell flv...
