Recommend to use gzip disabled for mp4 streaming, will save some cpu performance:
location ~ \.mp4$ {
gzip off;
gzip_static off;
mp4;
limit_rate_after 10m;
limit_rate 1m;

And you can stream good porn @ minimum 480p quality, encoding mode CRF/SLOW
Course you will use nginx on both servers.

i use the mysql tuning script tuning-primer.sh to found the best mysql settings but my cpu always over 700% in use...
some one whant to share the best settings for tube sites ?
Try to use https://tools.percona.com + apc or memcached.
