You need to do the following when migrating to https:
1. Make sure all your files are served from https.
2. Make sure all the ads are served from https.
3. In some cases you might need to modify the code, depending what modifications you have.
4. Redirect http to https from .htaccess

This feature is already available for the administrators...

I also use vestacp. Its a very simple and fast control panel. It can setup nginx + php-fpm + mysql and email out of the box.

Demo not ready yet. Once ready i'll setup a live demo.

Also you could migrate the video table to innodb.

No update, still fixing small bugs. Once done, i will setup a demo and also post here. I could try to give another release date, but it depends on so many factors that i better work until its done and then i post ))

You can already use libfdk_aac in the script. You can select it (if your ffmpeg was compiled with support fdk_aac) in admin -> video -> config -> conversion. I however do not use any profile for the aac encoder. fdk_aac is the best audio encoder for ffmpeg (as their wiki says).

Once i'm finished i will setup a demo. Please understand that its not as simple as it seems, this is a complete script re-write, almost all the database has been changed, everything has models now, the admin is completly new...so this implies a lot of testing and bug fixing which takes time. The frontpage is similar to the 2.x frontpage with widgets that can be enabled and disabled (watched videos, featured videos, recent videos, popular categories, popular pornstars, popular channels, watched albums, recent albums, featured albums, latest users, news, links, popular tags, latest forum topics).

Describe the whats new feature or show me a exmaple and i'll implement it as a widget (enable/disable).
