Are you talking about video categories ?
If yes:
The Slug is a part of the URL:
Lets say you add Categogy Lesbian with slug Fifafucktheduck, then the URL to this Category would look like http://www.yoursite.tld/fifafucktheduck. And yes, the SLUG for this category would be lesbian and not fifafucktheduck. But thats up to you.

That basically means, that your server has too much work 
Your Servers CPU has/had 100% load for more than six hours.
Is that a dedicated or a VPS ?

Yes thats what i meant. Hmm i think, if you upload a video named like this in the FRONTEND, it will be cleaned for security reasons. Maybe it's missing in the admin panel, because only trusted members/users have access. But i agree, your idea is good and should be implemented.
