As i can see 70% of your traffic is from Nigeria. A server near to Nigeria will be perfect for your users experience. And as i can see webtropia.com has good prices based in Germany.

I think no need to do any more mobile convert because most mobiles those days can play mp4 main profile and the quality is much better than baseline.
Is better to do something like all big porn sites do, having quality files depending on the video that is uploaded.

You need the Smart XML Feed format to be able to use the xml importer. I can give you a sponsor database with more than 500 channels and 25k videos to add (all via xml feeds). You do not need the flv patterns. The banners will be added automatically under the video.

Not worth it to hotlink, one day they will discover it and will ban your site. All your work is over in a second. nowadays streaming is very cheap. with 200$ you can have 100TB bandwidth server.
Some sites pays also with embed.

The main thing on SEO is when someone that searches on google enter your page and stays there, if user user goes back to search then you lose your place.
