Will check the bugs and fix. The following are not bugs:
1. the translation key cannot contain capital letters
2. the thumbs are not the same size because you've migrated from another version, the solution is to re-extract the thumbs, will check that in admin tools cron

I tested today the CSV importer and it works for me...maybe its a bug in the version you have...i expect to have a new version beta11 tomorrow...

Admin -> Video -> Config, see thumb url, you can set it to /media/videos/tmb if you dont use a multi server or separate thumb server...

Yeah, it looks pretty good...i'm not a designer...so my templates are usually not so good...but the white/light ones will look very good

Its easy to create in the admin panel, but the FTP Uploader we have is easier and faster. I could add this in 3.2.

Please email me with your license key or order number. If you find strange requests in the logs, it doesnt mean your site has been hacked, it means someone (or a bot) has tried to hack your site (or its testing the site security). If you dont see any funny stuff in the site source code (you can also check the files on the server), then it means the site has not been hacked.
@thiva7: its only important for those that work with google/bing. several clients from china dont care about google or any se traffic, they have their own (specific to asia) traffic generation methods...

I'm still translating the admin, once done, i have like 40 bugs reported which needs to be fixed. I was waiting for a designer to do some changes to the color schemes, but i'll hire someone to do the changes once everything is done. I cant estimate when its done, but this is all thats left to be done...and yeah, once its done, i'll start working on 3.2...

You can translate the script automatically from the Admin Panel. Admin -> Language -> Install -> clone

Already replied. So while for some of you the admin translation is not important, i have several clients (and possible new clients) for which having the admin in other languages is very important.

I'm not translating the migration/upgrade script...i'm translating the admin panel. Please email me and i will send you the upgrade/migration script, but please note if you find any bugs, i will fix the bugs in the final release version.

@videocasalinghi: not in this version, but everything required to make this work (database stuff, automatic translation in admin) is there, so in the 3.2 version we will have this feature. it however requires a lot of testing (for the various scenarios: user disabled this feature, feature is enabled but no data has been added, feature enabled).
