This will be a complete new version 2.0. You can upgrade from 1.2.2 or fresh install. I used advertising from nasty dollars for testing, but any other ads will work.

you can not create a rotation scripts popup or pop-under ads?
we know that popups appear say once and for ppc, so if it is possible to rotate more gain

You can add javascript code (added in <head></head>) and if the code handles rotation, then yes, the rotate will work.

Made a few modifications to the forum for <= 768px. I tested on iphone 5s, moto x 2014 and alvview vivahd tablet. Working perfectly.

Yes very close. Everything is done. I'll run some more upgrade tests tomorrow. We also have a default dark template now included + the color variations.

I think you said at some point that there will be an option to still use the m.domain.com site in order to have better advertisement income since the companies pay better for the ads in mobile devices. So my question is how would that site look? Will it be with the new format or with the old one?
