Error while upgrade to 1.2.0

The videos are queued now, thats why you saw no thumbs and video being flv. There are 3 solutions for this:
1. You dont queue the videos when uploading.
2. You use the cron queue from admin -> tools -> cron scripts
3. You use the convert button on video manage page.

I just tested a video on your site and it works.

I got it used option 1 and everything seems ok now. Wow that was a big pressure for this release

Should i see any outcome when i manualy run any cron from tools cause i dont see any (not even a message) and i dont really now if they run at all

You can check tmp/logs/2014-date--....log. Also each cron script shows the latest execution time in Admin -> tools -> Cron Scripts.

Did you upgrade to 1.2.1? Hmm...i use csv import without any problems.
