Are you sure you set the field order correctly? I tested on you site after fixing and it was working. Also please email me for the licenses.

I resent the mail with your login data Adrian. Yes i use two different mail addresses - sometimes the global root login if i am in a hurry - sorry.

I think you mean mmpo with the license problem ?

Yeah, but its a good story )) Sorry for my delay. I just tested on your site and csv import works with Hotlink and Download Thumb enabled. Can you please tell me exactly what options you are using?

Well take a look at the "Video Information" page of each clip you imported. Below

no thumbs are shown if you selected for the import "download thumb" .

If you click on the video view icon? That is another bug, not related to the CSV. It seems like the thumbs are not counted correctly if there is only one thumb (if you use download thumb with csv, there will always be only one thumb). Will all fix that for you.

If i select "generate thumb" or even "embed" the thumbs are shown on this part.
