I have seen pornhd.com that they use 14 sec video in 7 parts. They do not count video first and last 10 sec. Also removing video black borders with ffmpeg cropdetect and 3% more crop, will remove any sponsors logos

Yes, i've also noticed that the video preview is to fast, i have to set the fps based on the encoded video fps. I dont think removing the logos from the videos is ok, but on the screenshots/thumbs its ok, so i'll add this feature in admin.

I cant give you a exact date, because there are to many factors, but i expect to finish in march.

For a initial release version, there is not much left. I'm working on the profile now.

I remember there were a few requests for activity feed. I just finished this. Now every user has a stream on its profile, also there is a community stream from all users and also each user sees the actions done by the users subscribed, model subscribed and channel subscribed. I will post tomorrow some screenshots.

Yes, thats the community feed. There is also a activity feed on each users profile and also after you login you get a feed from your subscribed content. There are several adult sites that have this feature (xvideos.com, porn.com), but pornhub's is the more complex.

Yes...but if you ask me the one i prefer is the xhamster one...their community feed is straighforward and their messaging system is good! But a pornhub like activity feed is still an upgrade...Still nice :-P...

At what link can i find the xhamster community feed? I cant seem to find it on their site. Well what you want for the frontpage is easy to add and i will add it in the template enable/disable.

In the top right "my news" it display the last "friends" pictures,blog and video post and direct on their profile they can write comment about their profile and see their favorites or posted video or pictures...Their messaging system is also great...It's like a chat!

Hmm...there is no difference between xhamster and what pornhub/xvideos/porn have. Maybe comments, but the rest is the same. I can also add other actions like comments, liking, rating, any action can be added, but first lets see how this works on live sites...

Nope. I've been working the entire past week on the profile only. I cant give a exact date, but once ready i will setup a demo for us all to test/fix/come with ideas!
