I Tried To Set Up premium Section But I Was Unable To Set Up how To Setup What Settings I Have To Change. Pages Like /premium/tour/ etc Is Missing I think.

/premium/tour/ is /premium/register/ unless you create a special tour page. You also need to set access from Admin -> Extend -> Module Manager -> Premium -> config
