I don't think there is a way right now, but how hard would it be to allow thumbs to be stored on a remote CDN? This would reduce the number of files on the server and help out a bunch.

Thats A Good Idea But What I Was Thinking Is Hotlinking the Thumbs For Embedded Videos From the Embedded Video Provider And Reduce The Limit of Thumbs That Will Reduce Site Size And Similar Idea Was Opened By Me Also In Some Topic.

It works perfectly with CDN right now. You just configure your CDN to pull the thumbs (use your site as a origin server) and modify libraties/cdn.php.

I saw that but the issue I think we were both referring to, was when the thumbs are on multiple CDN's from embedding. How can we have different CDN's for different videos? Is it simply adding multiple definitions? Is this slow to load, etc?
Specifically, the embeds from pornhub use:

You cannot use the remote thumbs. You are downloading the thumbs on your server and then you use your own CDN.
