Cannot get FFmpeg to work.

Hi, I have followed many tutorials to try get ffmpeg to work. I don't know whats wrong or how to fix it. Could I please get some assistance with getting it set up?

What exactly is the problem? It doesnt compile? Videos dont convert?

it doesn't compile. After 'Make' it gives Error 1 or something then you cant 'Make install'
