Hello. sorry guy to make this public, but you just stopped to answer my email and seems you don't care about my situation anymore,even I paid you in advance.
On 16 April I bought aspro, server configuration, lighttpd streaming, spinx and custom thumb preview plugin to be installed and integrated with the script.
So - from the begining everything was like a charm..I paid, provided all necessary information, you answered me fast and accurate. Then the problems begun.
I still have problems with converting to mp4 and the thumb preview addon didn't installed.
If you don't want to answer my emails , at least have a balls to answer me here.
after you installed and configured all - I wrote that I have a problems with pornstars CSV import and converting to mp4. No answer. About the plugin - I showed it the page, all documentation provided  - you said  -yes , this can be done easily. So I bought the plugin and paid you the requested amount in advance. and now, after almost a month - still no conversion to mp4 and no thumb preview plugin installed. Tell me - how long I can wait, until I open a ticket with paypal to get my money back. And who will pay me for the time lost. Two times you confirmed that it will be done - tomorrow...and this was between 18-20 April. Nothing is done yet.
Tell me - who will wait you a month , without answer to his emails and when you answer you just give empty promises. I asked you if you need anything - i will provide it.
I don't know what is the excuse you may have, but paying in advance and waiting 20 days when promised job to be done for 2-3 days is totally unacceptable. For me and I believe for most people here. I am sorry but I run out of patience and can't wait anymore. As I wrote 3 days ago - I sitll want you to finish the job, because you know the script and because I prefer to work with people who knows what they do. Now I doubt about this.
I am sure you get the emails and you read the forum. I will gave you 1 week more and after that I will ask for total refund because you gave me no choice.
At lest after taking my money you could inform me about the situation. Shit happens and sometimes just ain't work. I know. but making me a fool, to pay you and to wait a month and you didn't even bother to answer me. This is not serious.
I hope we get in touch soon.

Sorry for Your Problem But There Might be Some Problem With Adrain he Not Answered To You Because He IS Busy In ASPRO 1.0 But he Will Answer You As Soon he Gets Online  In Forum Anything We Help means Small Matters We Can These Thing he Will help You...........

As I said - shit happens. Sometime people get sick or they friends, parents, kids do. Sometimes there are more important things to do that are critical etc. I understand that. But I don't believe if anyone want to be taken seriously will not find a time to let his buyer know about the situation. How would you feel , if you buy something and be promised the item will be delivered on the next day. And then after 30 days, the item is not delivered and the seller didn't even bother to let you know what is the problem?
I know that Adrian help a lot. And I still think he is a nice guy. I told him in my lats email that I still want he to finish this task. I wrote it here too.
But I can't understand - how people find a time to write for example 10 posts in the last 3 days in the forum, but not answer the people who already paid for the service and wait at lest to receive a good reason why it took so long and is there anything they can help. That's why I decided to write here. And I stand on my words. If I missed something I will apologize and sorry for that. But still waiting for some explanation.

I apologise for the delay. I've been working non-stop on finishing 1.0 and i forgot about about other projects. I can try to work on your thumb preview plugin tomorrow or we can refund you the money. The CSV model importer is not included in the script, only XML model importer is included (there are no sponsors that provide good CSV or XML (aparently brazzers has a good XML) so i've dropped the development of the model CSV importer). For MP4 conversion it should work and it will work. Once again i apologise for any inconvenience.

We Waits For Week For Some Answers And I Started My Site In A Week But It Might be Rare Cases What you Gone Through I Told You he Is Busy in Development of Latest Version.....Hope Your Problem Solves Soon.......
