i try to upgrade my web ,1st i run my web with this link http://xxxxx.com/install/install.php then http://xxxxx.com/install/upgrade.php > (error message:Could not connect to the MySQL Server!) but then i cant open my web at all, is this mean i need to install fresh installation ?

Hold up, does the upgrade erase your previous settings like templates and style.php??

Yes. It does. In the future the templates wont be changed anymore, so no need for template changes. This will slow things down a lot. The reason the template is so fast, is because there are not that many plugins/widgets and stuff that needs to be loaded.

You do not have anything in the video table. I dont know what you did but there is nothing in the upgrade scripts that could delete everything from the video table, unless you've run the Install, not the Upgrade.

yup,i acidetaly enter "install " so the time i enter upgrade it 's too late cause i think all data gone so i need to reinstall the script again
i already email u ,pls check the content> when i press add video the messsage below display

after i checking my server i still can find my old videos clip but the videos not link to latest admin panel ,is it because i run install so this cause the freshly installation so all old videos not link, can i delete the old videos clip ??

When you upgraded you've run the Installer which means your database was overwritten. You should have run the upgrade.php file not the install.php file. You have the files on your server. What i can do for you is fresh install, and then i write a small script to process all the files (so you will still have them all), but you will need to edit the title, tags, category for each video again. Is this good enough?
[NOTE]: Please always BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP before upgrading.

You got a fix to that Error Number: 1064?? im having the same issue for the last 3 days. reinstall ffmpeg and still same problem after upgrading.
