404 in admin

im getting 404 not found when i go to admin/index.php?q=user admin/index.php?q=tools/check admin/index.php?q=tools/cache /admin/index.php?q=video/upload_ftp anyreason why this might be happeningg

it was mod security i disabled it and that fixed the issue

Hmmm...nice...thats weird, why would mod_security block OMLY those urls?

it was a combination of zend loader and mod security i guess it was set on super high because anything that had to do with the script looking into the server it blocked
