Is it possible to have 4 video thumbs ina raw instead of only 3?

Only if you edit the template (which is quite easy, you have to remove the right side, something like <?php echo w('right'); ?>).

Yes, that is also possible. You will need to edit the CSS (its very easy, just change width/height and thats it).
