I made some testing to see something defrent on my site 
....so i add in my demo site Disqus for comment

the problem is that your registered users can not post comments
Why they cant comment??

Eri i thing this is not exacly the true
in your case you allow anonymous users to post comments anyway ( http://forum.adultscriptpro.com/viewtopic.php?id=2312 )
This means any of your user not need to login to post comment can just pick name/username and make his comment , same can work for Disqus too, there have option to can comment without register to Disqus
For me i thing the only bad thing is that i will not able directly from my asp admin panel to see/edit comments ...i have to check from Disqus admin panel.
BTW for your spam problem i think is good choose , have options to not allow links or when link added must approved before publish comment .
