Video Status is Error pls help me

I have this problem in uploading Videos

When added from the admin panel the video status shows ERROR
when users upload videos it shows as Queued with no thumbnails showing

Due to this problem i cant able to upload any new videos to the site
pls help me

For some reason i only saw your message now. In Admin -> Video -> Config please edit and set Queue to no. For the error bug, please send ssh root access and i will check or attach a video conversion log file.

I don't know how you uploaded the video
But for me upload through website, upload through admin panal , ftp upload all get video status error, even video grabber not functioning,
And also made the purchase for watermarking module, how do I install it?

Now an another problem
Videos are not visible in mobile View.....Only black screen with audio
Videos are visible only when clicked full screen button.

What should I do to fix this....pls help syntab

mobile is working but only in full screen mode
seems mobile player size is the problem

There is no mobile player. The video is directly served to the user.

Everything is working fine
but Watermark is too centered for low resolution videos
i mean watermarking not resizing according to the resolution of the videos
and also watermarking has too much padding space

Is there a way to Watermark according to Video resolution?
Or Is there a way to Change Padding space of the watermark?
Or is there a way to Enable / Disable watermarking per video?

Yes, there is a solution for the watermark problem. I will add it to your site.

1. Edit Admin -> Video -> Config -> Conversion and change the mobile resize settings.
2. Admin -> Extend -> Module Manager -> mobile -> config

I have this error showing when clicking Advertisements in Admin panal:(
Cant able to Add or Remove or Edit any Ads
