Id there a way to prevent advertiser to post comments?

It can be implemented. Also comment approve can be enabled in admin. Akismet can also be added, but its a paid service.

Also internal messages are 98% spam as i can see. same comment about a cam site everywhere.

Except for using akismet there is no way to actually prevent the spam. I can code a small filter to prevent/remove the urls from the comment.
