The apache error log should have a message related to this. If you can post that message i will be able to tell you the reason for this and probably also fix.

Then its possible that there are to many requests for php-fpm to handle. You might need to increase the php-fpm workers. Usually this file is located in /etc/php-fpm.d/www.conf. I will be able to check after 4 January.

Looks like Nginx /tmp issue , when i clean up that folder everything is ok. But after some hours this filder is full again. This is strange becasue I am using nginx with ASP more than 3 years and i didn't have such a problem.

Hmm...what exactly is filling up /tmp? Sessions file? Download files?
