Articles are knowledge base articles. They stay posted forever and they are used for help.

how can i find an article after i write/post it?
if i post an article, can the general public see it (if so, where)
can members only see it (if so, where)
or can i only see it (if so, where)
i tried posting an article, but can't find it anywhere
