I cant find the perfect setting for mobile because videos are always larger than desktop considering i skip conversion for desktop. I want to create the mobile videos but i want skip mobile conversion?

Yes, you can skip the desktop mp4 conversion if you set the MP4 Re-Convert to no, however this is only valid when the uploaded file is a mp4 (h264+aac). For mobile there is no re-convert option, because the uploaded mp4 is not mobile. For a mp4 file to be mobile it has to meet a few requirements: lower resolution (max 360p), baseline profile, max 500-600kbps...

I think no need to do any more mobile convert because most mobiles those days can play mp4 main profile and the quality is much better than baseline.
Is better to do something like all big porn sites do, having quality files depending on the video that is uploaded.
360p main profile
720p high profile
etc

Probably in the future yes, but for now dropping the baseline profile is not a good idea yet. I just checked pornhub and they have 180p, 240p and higher, however 180p and 240p use Constrained Baseline as profile, not the Main profile. Youtube does the same. While newer quality smartphones (like iphone 5/6, samsung galaxy, motorola moto x and other high priced models) will play main and high profile files, the lower end (cheaper phones, that dont have so much cpu power) will not play the main/high profile files, only baseline profile files.

In 2.0.9 there are already 3 formats, 240p (baseline), 360p (main) and 720p (high). With a option to change the quality in the player (works with nuevo and videos for now).

Okay, so can i download my mp4 (desktop) videos from FTP and re-upload them to the mobile section? I would only do this to the videos that mobile convert are too large compare to the mp4 (desktop).
