I notice on all sites when doing a test on gtmetrix all recently activated videos have the same issues "The following image(s) are missing width and/or height attributes." (Dimensions: 240 x 180). Those are the same videos that pops up error in "Optimize images" too.

You cannot specify the image dimensions because the template is responsive, so the images will resize according to the resolution of the browse/device. If you specify the image dimension the responsive template wont work anymore. No other sites specify the image dimensions (if they want to be responsive).
