You are using version 2. Do you have mobile redirect enabled in Admin -> Extend -> Modules -> mobile -> config? If not you need to use a html5 player like videojs or flowplayer5. You are now using flowplayer 3, which works with flash only and ipad does not support flash.

Actually we are using the flowplayer-HTML5. In the mobile version the player worked but video didn't show. It says the video not found. When I checked the video is there in the mobile directory. However the same video worked on the PC version. Moreover, we have disabled the mobile redirection under the mobile module. The reason is if we enabled it the site is not working. After enabled I checked the site in the safari in iOS, and it said "Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred". What could be the problem?
