user permission
i want to ask if from my admin panel change video upload permission from "all" to "registered" can then premium members upload videos??? or only "registered"???

If I may. 
Registered is the base and lowest usergroup, any usergroup above that (premium/moderator/editor) will all have the same permissions and more.
So yes, premium members can upload also if you set it to "registered" (which you should in my opinion).

im i asking becuse i want desable anonimous video upload...so if i add "registered " then the other groups ( admins-premium-editor-mods ) can uploads video i thing!!!

Editor cant do anything, but moderator can delete any comments (video, photo, user). All groups will work perfectly in 1.2 (basically you will be able to have editors that can only mass edit from admin and thats it, nothing else).

I have a very talented person working on my template, and I was hoping that maybe Editor would allow them to edit parts of the site that we can designate available for them. No worries, but thanks for the response.

Files can be edited only via FTP. I can make it work from the admin panel, however it will either require the files to be 777 or still use FTP to update the file. I dont think this feature is required though.
