In Links properties, If hard link is set to yes, clicks do not get counted.
Works fine if set to no.
Would it be possible to count clicks coming IN from other sites?

There is no easy way to count the clicks if a link is hardlink (could be done with some ajax, but still it kinda problematic). I already added support for counting incomming clicks. I might need to check again, but it was working correctly.

No problem with the hardlinks then.
In link/manage there is only one column for clicks and I assume they are for clicks out.
