utf8 support

hello,

Im trying to name some videos in different languages, specifically Arabic, but every time I do it will not let me and the name stays blank. Any Idea how to fix this issue?

Please make sure that you have support for UTF8 in the database. The script has itself has support for utf8.

my database is set to "utf8_general_ci" but it is still not working, should i set it to "utf8" only?
