Header Advertising dont work can´t add any banner

Did you search Global top banner to see if their is an expired ad still set? This happened to me a few times and you must delete that one first.

Do you have a Global Top advertising position in Admin -> Advertising -> Add? If not, it means there's something wrong with the install. The template has this position.
