seeing as how mostly guys visit the sites, i would take off the "webcam models needed" ad, and replace it with something more towards guys rather than girls

looks good for me, I've installed Nuevo player two weeks ago and it's fantastic, but it doesn't recognize mp4 videos in non-supported flash browser like chrome for android or apple... and I purchased nuevo principally for this feature...

I had a special add on created that plays mp4 in all mobile devices in the desktop version.

Just use the mobile site, makes more $$ , better CPM per banner.

If the mobile site looked better I would. But I want it to ask users if they would like to go to mobile or desktop version upon first visit per day.

Are you using tracking on your site (Ex: Google Analytics).. You'll be able to easily see the % of users coming to your site upon first visit (per day) via Mobile or Desktop.

Yeah i am. It says 68% of new users are desktop, then it says Mobile is 57% of new users. And Tablet is 59% of new users. If that makes any sense at all?

But my videos are viewable to all mobile and tablet users. So why is it a problem?

Sure it makes sense, most visitors using an mobile device expect to see the mobile version. I haven't seen that many sites that ask the user if they wish to see the Desktop or Mobile version (since it becomes a barrier of initial entry to the site).

Perhaps you could do some simple A/B Testing and determine the best route for your users. We are constantly running A/B Split Testing to determine the best routing / landing pages for our users.

In my opinion and you know I'm long time developer, best is:

1. Load standard template on tablets
2. Load mobile template for mobile devices

I'm not sure what is AdultScript Pro device class detection, but there are php classes that can detect and differ tablets vs other mobile devices. Maybe it's not 100% accurate but 90% about what is really good result. I use such class and it's pretty good.

On tablets small adverts look very bad, so it's better to have normal size adverts.
On mobile normal size adverts are bad and suggested is to use max 320px wide adverts.

That's why provided solution is best I think.
It's also not that hard to implement.

Even responsive template is not better solution in that matter as ads usually are not something that can be auto resized, so still the problem exists.

I've tested many settings and one provided above is definitely best for my incomes.
Standard size ads on tablets makes best money, better than small ads on small mobiles.
That's what is my experience.

I think the responsive solution is the best. You can work with both css and php to create responsive. For example you can load mobile ads if the site was detected to be mobile and tablet/desktop ads if the site was detected to be desktop/tablet. Also the player can be html5 for all of the videos. Next version will have responsive templates, however if there is a lot of interested in a separate mobile template, then we will have a separate mobile template also :-)

Regarding responsive theme, some time ago I started to build one for AdultScriptPro, pretty nice.
But I'm wondering if this has sense to finish it at the moment according to your future plans as discussed.

I'm building a sponsor only tube site and am interested in the Nuevo Player. Are there any advantages over the other players? I am not familiar with this player and am considering purchasing the license. Does it now work with the latest version of Adult Script Pro in the default responsive theme on mobile as well as desktop?
