Checked this on mine right now and only FAQ and Advertising are shown beside the copyright on english UK.

Erm...i thaught i fixed this. Go to Admin -> Menu -> Footer Menu and enter the Translation for every menu item that doesnt have it (the translation is a lower letter keyword that is the key for the translation in Admin -> Extend -> Language Manager -> en-UK -> global).
Will include fix in RC2.
