I replied to your email and i attached the archive to my reply. I dont remember anything about photo categories sql. Please email me that again. Also what is wrong with your tags? I fixed that and replied to your forum post.

i dont get mail...send me again. about tags if you remember all videos without tags is not shows related videos. you fix that in v1.0RC1 but i dont know how u do that so in v1.0RC2 maybe u need do somethng again.

For the tags you dont need to overwrite the files modules/video/components/view.php and templates/xxx/extend/ajax/related.plugin.php and it will work.
