Load the page without clicking on play and wait a few. The sound will play automatically but not the video.
Also when i go to Admin - Players - Flowplayer HTML5 and click on Autoplay = No and save, it goes back to Yes.
I noticed the problem is with Firefox and not with chrome ( about the sound playing automatically ).

So how do i fix it? Chrome you don't get auto play nor sound, firefox you get sound, and internet explorer you get sound too.

To fix the admin config update bug. Edit admin/modules/flowplayer5/flowplayer5.php and replace:
VCfg::cache_del('videojs', 'player');with:

So i have tested on my box and it works, however on your site in the source code autoplay is still set. After you update the admin config and then set autoplay to no, let me know if the bug still appears.
