I've been using Traffdaq for a long time to trade pop and exit traffic, but their site has become so unstable that I recently removed them completely. I am now using SmartXTrade instead.
I am waiting to hear back from their support since they don't offer exit traffic yet, but they have banners, IM ads and popunders to trade traffic with. They are ultra fast serving and a very new program so there is a huge opportunity for referrals right now.
