There is a bug in version 2.2.3 with album zip uploads.
Let's say you have 4 zips but unselect 3 zips so you just want to add one photo album.
It will still add 4 photos albums.

Also in Photos - Manage you still have the pagination of multiple pages even if there is just one page and it shows nowhere the number of photos albums.
And if you have photos smaller than the min width and height it will still import them but as non working pics, it shouldn't import them at all.
