Not sure if you finished the server for not, but it appears ffmpeg-php or php-ffmpeg however it is needs to be installed. I tried it myself but i'm not running multi-php anymore, to damn confusing even with cPanel, so i've switched to php 7.
Once i can get a video to convert, thumb, I've got a 6tb hub of videos waiting to be uploaded.

There is no need for ffmpeg-php or php-ffmpeg. This is not a requirement for the script. I will check why it doesnt work asap.
