wich is the best way to add database in phpmyadmin??

i have sql around ~97mb and i cant import it. ( size problem )

i try

but it get error to

so any suggetion?

ok i add sql....but i get white page every where

Your Server returns a 500 internal Server error.

Did you upload the .htaccess file ?

Hm. Thats strange, because /admin/index.php works for me @ your site. I see the login.

Try to delete the .htaccess file in your site root directory and test what happens.

when i try to login admin panel i click login and is shows me ( /admin/login.php ) white page again

Make a phpinfo file

<?PHP
phpinfo ();
?>

and upload that to your server. call it 1.php or whatever and then go to http://www.xporn4u.com/1.php
lets see what happens.
