Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

It has probably something to do with the settings on your server. Please email me the log from tmp/logs for the video that you tried to upload and it didnt convert correctly. Does that video appear in admin?

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

Since symtab mentioned about my server, i  checked Admin>tools>system check
I found that admin panel indicayes red dot(not installed)
PHP Cli >= 5.2 (/usr/bin/php)

PHP CLI (>= 5.2) binary is required. Video uploads, video conversion, video importing, video embedding and other important features will not work without the PHP CLI binary!

My server does have it at server root
???

This have something to do with situation?

The only log i got after these mass embed/ single embed/ video upload is:
..._mass_import_progress.log

100^Embed process finished!

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

You need the correct path for the PHP CLI binary. You have it installed, just ask your hosting for the path, you're on freebsd, i asume its /usr/local/bin/php, but ask to be sure.

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

SYMTAB

The Home>Tools>Systems check does not indicate the right path.
It says
"/usr/bin/php"
instead of
"/usr/local/bin/php"

how can i change this path host said to ask:
Please contact the script provider on the proper way to update the path

The Home>Tools>Systems check also red dot for 'Yamdi'
Where can path be updated for this also?

Admin -> Video -> Config for both cases.

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

I cant tell you what happened, without seeing a error. The script does not just blank. Go to Admin -> Config and enable the debug, then go to the URL that is blank and you should get a error.

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

I used backup to restore, no admin , script was inaccessible.

Admin>Video> Conversion:

smile Yamdi Path:/usr/local/bin/yamdi--->fixed it
sad FFMpeg Path:/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg---------> what am i supposed to do, Systems check says(/usr/bin/php), no mention of FFMpeg, replace FFMpeg with php, tried that and is no good.

What should i type  for FFMpeg Path ? Is this the right thing to change?
Systems check indicates a red dot for PHP CLI PHP Cli >= 5.2 (/usr/bin/php) host said right path should be (/usr/local/bin/php)

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

You need to contact your hosting company and ask them for the php cli, ffmpeg and yamdi path.

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

FFMpeg and Yamdi are working good.

The only problem is 'php cli' where in script can i modify path for it?
I did not see it in the Admin -> Video -> Config

They said php cli path is:
/usr/local/bin/php

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

Why dont't you just look around in your acp? Are you sure you are able to run a website of your own?

home->config->server -.-

I hope you'll find it, without any pictures posted here smile

Re: Can't upload videos-SOLVED

We plan on adding a complete documentation for the Administration Panel.
