You need to modify the sources. Currently only the default mobile color is supported by default.

Thats in the next version available for all our clients. Also you can change the mobile template by using this: http://jquerymobile.com/themeroller/ (please wait for the latest version of Adult Script Pro to be released,because it contains the latest jquery mobile).
