Its Not Normal Its Due To Having Traffic Some Time Means Like 10000 - 15000 Page Request If You Getting At Same Time Then It Get Server Problem I think Its Not Script Problem. Server Get load Problem.What I Have Noticed Till Now In Many Sites But I Think Adrain Will Be Good Person To Response On It So I Also Like To Know His Opinion.

There Is Nothing Normal In Ad World And If You getting 20% Then You Asking For 25% And If You Having 5% Then You Ask for 10% So Its Depend On Visitors Quality And There Preference Matches The Ad.

You can Remove Check Backlink In Your Site Its In Config In Link But Its Bad If you giving Backlink then You Should Also Get It From that Site Its Give And Take Its Easy Just need Little Time To Understand.

All Sites Want Backlink You Can Just Add Backlink From Link Option In Admin Panel And Put Details And Select Were You Want Backlink To Appear Left or In Footer And Now Go To That Site And Put Details When They Approve It Will Show On There Site Your Backlink. Some Approve Automatically Some Approve Manually.
